Highpoint Machine is looking for a CNC machinist/ CNC set up operator.  We are looking for a machinist that can set up, program, and operate CNC mills.  We use MasterCam software. This is a 1st shift position. 

Mechanic - Diesel / Heavy Equipment

Work for a small, family owned and operated business with over 50 years of industry experience.  

Several positions available from basic equipment assembly, to welding / fabrication, millwrights, 

and construction management.   Seasonal and fulltime positions, plenty of consistent hours and 

overtime.  You will be working on job sites (family and commercial farms, feed mills, Co-Ops, and 

elevators…ect.) around the state, as well as building and fabricating some equipment/parts in our shop.   

Generally traveling from the shop to jobsites most days, but home 99% of nights. Very occasional overnight 

stays and some Saturdays required.   Physically demanding work, exposed to the elements, must be able to 

work at heights.  Entry level through management positions available, based upon your skills and experience level.   

We are looking for any and all of the following qualifications/interests, not necessarily all of them

• Agricultural construction / equipment assembly / millwright / welding / fabrication
• Construction / project management, scheduling, coordination of people and equipment assets
• Equipment operation: forklift, telehandler, truck mounted crane, CDL (not required)
• Crane operation, general understanding of rigging, lifting and setting heavy equipment

The very seasonal nature of our industry dictates that the job will change day-to-day.   

Operate a variety of machines which process a material/product, altering or changing that material/product thereby creating yet a different product.  Set up, adjust, and operate double edge bander/high frequency gluing machine to cut, bevel, and form stock to specifications.  Work from blueprints and drawings.  Mount and align knives and saws.  Set clamps guides.  Recognize and compensate for irregular grain, poor finish, warping, etc.

LV Trucking buys and sells construction machinery. We are looking for an individual to fill our paint/prep position. This position entails prepping machinery for paint (Sanding/Bondo as needed) masking the machine, applying paint with spray gun, baking the machine in the paint booth.
